SUPPLIERS

These guys are the ultimate supplier – they are the brother & father to Andy, the founder of Mac & Wild. Ardgay Game collects venison & game hunted in the local estates that surround it. 

They are based on the Dornoch Firth, a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), 1hr north of Inverness in the Scottish Highlands. 80% of their produce is exported to Scandinavia & has been for the past 20 years – 15 years ago 95% was exported.
