SUPPLIERS

Hand dived scallops are fished with no damage to the seabed, no waste or by catch, & small scallops are returned alive to the sea to allow them to grow & spawn. Dive fishermen work from small boats which use very little fuel.


They pick the scallops out of the water at 2pm & arrive to us at 9am the next morning. Seriously, the best scallop in the world!
