I guess this should be a 0 star rating as the meat order I placed still hasn't been delivered and didn't make it in time for the guests we had planned it for. Shipping was confirmed on 21 July and it is now 26 July. I have emailed but had no response in chasing the order and wasn't given a tracking number. I gust this just comes down to pretty appalling customer service. We were really annoyed on Saturday as having spent more than £70 on this order I had to go out and buy meat locally for a similar sum. Really really poor.
Have used Mac & Wild a few times and each time I’ve never been let down. Great quality, delivery speed is fast and extremely well packaged. Suggestion would be to include cooking instructions on website too as handouts can go astray especially if freezing items before using.
Arrived when expected, the meat was of exceptional standard, couldn’t recommend highly enough
