Tasty, we made a venison casserole with red wine, with some added Ayrshire bacon with tumshie, carrots, and wee onions. Cooked for a couple of hours made it very tender. Even better the second day. We will order it again.
Ordered four steaks for a lockdown birthday supper. Arrived a day earlier than expected and were sperb eating. Great stuff!
